- Recruit, help with interviews, hire and work collaboratively to onboard new staff
- Provide a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Work collaboratively to offboard departing employees
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs
- Administer, oversee, or collaborate on the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave; disciplinary matters disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
- Assist with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Proven experience in negotiation
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Previous work experience with Jira, Confluence
- Experience with the EU Market.
