Job Description:
Payme Swiss AG is a Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Embedded Finance startup specializing in innovative payment solutions and infrastructure for B2B and B2C companies, with a focus on affluent clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our Payme Swiss team. This role focuses on identifying new business prospects via LinkedIn and independent research.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Conduct research to identify new potential prospects and follow up on leads
- Support the Business Development Manager by initiating communications and maintaining contact with potential clients
- Manage and update data for existing and new clients in our CRM system
- Serve as the point of contact for client communication in the absence of the Business Development Manager.
Your profile:
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in standard Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in customer service and business correspondence is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
